Another reason why we are better than most, is because of our excellent network redundancy. We maintain multiple independent tier 1 backbone connections to the Internet, which means that if one should fail, the others would pick up the slack and you, the customer, would never notice the loss. In addition, all of our equipment is backed by UPSs as well as generators in the event of a power loss.
